They are the guys that are on their own side. They usually believe in a side, but dont want to join; dont believe either, could careless; or they believe in their own side, whatever that may be! Usually never have a makr so they stay secret. Can be hired to be used as spies for either side. If they give a good payment to them, the will do a good job of it! Can have any creature in this set of group. The group you find can very in any number. Their base is where ever they want it to be. It just depends on what group you find. They travel to any planet when ever they wish. Can sometimes be very hard to find/track sense they are always moving around!
